    Banksy Girl with Balloon

    Banksy’s Girl with Balloon (2002) is one of his most iconic and widely recognised works, first appearing as street murals across London. The image of a young girl reaching towards a drifting red balloon quickly became a defining symbol of Banksy’s practice, later accompanied by the phrase “there is always hope” on a mural in Waterloo Bridge.
